Viet + Thi Portrait Session: New York, NY

On Jan. 15th was the coldest day of the year in NYC. The temperature was only in the single digits that day. Viet and Thi flew over from Orange County, California the night before to take their wedding portrait session. At first, I thought they were crazy to come from sunny California to take photographs in the unbearable cold conditions. Later I found out that they wanted to do four different portrait sessions in the four seasons so they could display those images on their wedding day. The snow and the city skylines made everything turn out perfect!

Love the snowflakes on them.

Yes, very cold. I believe it was only 9 degrees. That's also not factoring in the wind chill.

Those images are gorgeous! She must have been freezing, but they turned out perfect! I really love the idea of images in all four seasons, that's clever.
